We buy and sell used barrels mostly from wineries and breweries throughout California. We are always looking for wine, whiskey and other spirit barrels; all sizes and types of oak. We carefully select our barrels, using a five point inspection that includes leak-testing, sanitizing, gassing and capping of the barrels. We also have a variety of used barrels suitable for furniture, landscaping or decorative purposes.
We also offer recoopering services allowing someone to get more use out of a much-loved barrel that may have become “neutral” or one could use one of our own barrels for the fraction of the cost of a new vessel.
Our barrels are a mix of French Oak, Hungarian Oak and American Oak. You decide what works best for your needs. We have a large supply of neutral reds and whites, some newer used barrels, whiskey and other spirit barrels.
